Opening Times

Appointments are available on five mornings and four afternoons.

Early morning and late evening appointments are available for those patients that may find it difficult to attend during normal surgery hours.

Important:

The telephones are unmanned between 12.30pm - 1.30pm Monday - Friday this is to allow the reception staff time  to undertake other important administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the practice. The surgery itself remains open if you need a doctor in an emergency between the above times then please telephone York 724887

When We Are Closed

Between 6.00pm and 8.30am Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and bank holidays, the practice will be closed. During these hours the practice is covered by the local out of hours service.

If you require urgent medical attention when the surgery is closed, please telephone

0845 056 8060 .

NHS Direct

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS Direct (0845 4647) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
